摘要
生产实习是工科专业学生的一门重要实践性课程,是学生将理论知识和生产实践相结合的有效途径。通过生产实习,一方面使学生在课堂上学到的理论知识得到巩固和提升,另一方面,通过对生产现场的实际知识的了解,使学生在实践中得到提高和锻炼。该文介绍了使生产实习和课程教学相结合效果最大化的一些措施,如将见习和生产实习相结合,与《过程装备成套技术》课程相结合,加强实习管理,充分利用本校大型化工实训基地等,从而保证理论联系实际的教学效果。
Production practice is an important practical course for students majoring in engineering. It is an effective way for students to combine theory and production practice. Through production practice, on the one hand, the theoretical knowledge that students havelearned in class is consolidated and enhanced. On the other hand, it enables students tounderstand the practical knowledge of manufacturing, which can help students to improve their theoretical knowledge in practice and exercise.Paper introduces some measures to maximize the effect of the combination of production practice with course teaching so as to ensure the teaching effect of combining the theory with practice, such as combining noviciate with production practiceand with the course of Packaged Technique of Process Assembling, strengthening practice management, and making full use of our large chemical practice base, etc.
