摘要
学科竞赛对于大学生综合素质的培养具有重要作用,尤其是对于应用型本科院校而言,其注重培养学生实践创新能力,加强学科竞赛和实战型教学团队建设是非常有效的途径。就目前情况来看,部分应用型本科院校在人才培养过程中还存在一些问题,对学科竞赛也缺乏清晰的认识,缺少完善的制度和管理体系。因此,在应用型本科生培养过程中要分析存在的问题,认识学科竞赛对教学改革、教学质量提高和人才培养的重要性,开展专业学科竞赛,培养应用型高素质人才,更好地服务社会。
Subject competitions play an important role in cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students,especially in applied undergraduate colleges that focus on cultivating students'practical and innovative abilities.Strengthening subject competitions and the construction of practical teaching teams will be a very effective way.From the current situation,some application-oriented undergraduate colleges still have some problems in the talent cultivation process,lack a clear understanding of subject competitions,and lack a complete system and management system.Therefore,in the process of cultivating application-oriented undergraduate students,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems,recognize the importance of subject competitions for teaching reform,teaching quality improvement,and talent cultivation,do a good job in professional subject competitions,cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents,and better serve society.
