摘要
根据低滚动阻力胎面胶配方的设计要求对低滚动阻力胎面胶配方进行优化设计。通过对比不同配方硫化胶的物理性能,确定出综合性能优异的胎面胶配方。按照最优配方试制的成品轮胎通过了美国的SmartWay认证,同时其优异的行驶性能和较低的生产成本给消费者和企业带来较好的经济效益。
The formulation of tread compound was optimized by comparison of the physical properties of experimental formulations and according to the requirements for low rolling resistance tire. The finished tire with the optimized tread compound passed the US Smart Way certification test,while it provided excellentdriving performance and the production cost was relatively low.
