摘要 借助于动态力学分析技术,对八种胶料配方的动态力学性能及生热特性进行研究,结果表明:SBR和BR是相容的,滚动阻力随炭黑含量的增加而增加,湿抓着性能随炭黑用量的增加而减小,生热率随着温度的升高而升高,随炭黑的增加而增加。本实验结果可以为优化胶料配方和轮胎温度场的研究提供依据。 Dynamic mechanical property and heat generation characteristic of eight recipes vulcanized rubber were investigated by using Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA) technique,The results show that SBR and BR are consistent, roiling resistance is increase with the carbon black content, but the wet skid is decrease. The heat generation rate is increase with the temperature and the carbon black content. The result of this experiment could provide the foundation for optimizing the recipes of the vulcanized and the investigation on the tire temperature field.
