摘要
介绍了天然橡胶和合成橡胶在轮胎中半成品部件,胎面、胎侧、气密层、胎体、带束层和胎圈的加工应用和性能特点,以及新型橡胶、环保再生橡胶和新材料技术在轮胎中的应用。根据近几年社会所倡导的安全环保的特点,轮胎的发展也更加趋向于绿色轮胎、安全性更高的轮胎,因此新型橡胶材料的开发也必将成为轮胎领域的重要发展方向。
This paper reviews the applications of NR and SR rubber in the tire,tread rubber,sidewall of tire,inner liner,tirebody,belt,and rim of the wheel,and introduces also new rubber,GTR and new material technologies applying in tire.In recent years,according to the theme of protecting nature and reliability,the development of tire is tend to green and safety higher tire.So the development of new rubber material will become important developing direction in the tire field.
