摘要
生物技术作为一门高新技术学科,其专业技术人才必须经过长期培养才能在实际应用中发挥其创造性,才能给生物技术企业及社会创造价值。目前,高等学校生物技术专业人才培养专业定位模糊,培养目标不明确、人才培养不符合市场需求、课程设置体系规划不完善和专业师资力量不足,以及存在高等学校、企业和社会政府缺乏人才培养联动机制等问题。通过人才市场对生物技术人才的需求层次、实践能力和职业素质等分析发现,现阶段高等学校生物技术人才培养模式改革应在生物技术专业人才需求的宏观背景,结合未来几年内国家、用人单位对生物技术人才技能和素质的需求情况,明确生物技术专业人才培养目标、确定适度招生规模、合理设置课程体系、拓展多元化技能培养平台、强化师资队伍建设和构建多方联动的人才培养环境,以期为生物领域构建复合创新型专业人才培养基地,并建立与人才市场需求紧密衔接的生物技术专业人才培养模式,提供可行的思路及借鉴。
China＇s biotechnological industry has a huge potential market, but it is infant andneeds lots of senior specialistsurgently. Biotechnology is a high and new discipline and such a peculiarity means thatbiotechnological professionals need to be cultivated for a long time before they can give full play to their creativity in practice and thus create value for enterprises and society. Problems exist in the biotechnological specialist cultivation in colleges and universities, such as theunclearcultivation orientation, unspecific cultivation target, disagreement of talent cultivation with market demand, incomplete curriculum system, lack of qualified special teachers, and shortage of linkage mechanism between school, enterprise, society and government. Analyzing the market demand for bio- technological talents in need hierarchy, practical ability and professional quality shows that the current collegiate cultivation mode reform of bio-technological specialists should take into consideration the macro-background of the demand for bio-technological specialists and the national and employer＇s demand for the bio-technological specialists＇skills and qualities, clear cultivation objective, determine an appropriate enrollment scale, establish a reasonable curriculum system, develop diverse skills cultivation platforms, strengthen the teachers team construction and create a personnel cultivation environment in which such factors as school, enterprise, society and government can work together, so as to provide the mode, mentality and reference of bio-technological specialists cultivation for constructing the innovative versatile specialists cultivation base in biological field and connecting talents cultivation mode with market demand closely.
