摘要
目的探究针对性技能培训对提高养老机构护工生活护理技能的影响。方法选择2016年6~12月白纸坊街道敬老院的专业护工25名进行针对性性培训。比较培训前后护工生活护理技能掌握情况及综合能力。结果培训后护工在口腔护理、洗漱、皮肤及压疮护理、进食、测量体温及血压、轮椅与床间转移技能掌握评分均比培训前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后护工工作能力、服务态度和主动性、生活区管理、关爱和沟通评分均比培训前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性技能培训可有效提高养老机构护工生活护理技能及综合工作能力。
Objective To investigate the influence of targeted skill training in improving daily nursing skill of nursing workers in retirement organization. Methods 25 professional nursing workers in Baizhifang gerocomium from June 2016 to December 2016 were selected to perform targeted training. Before and after the training, the mastery of daily nursing skills and comprehensive ability of nursing workers were compared. Results After the training, the mastery scores of oral care, washing, nursing of skin and pressure sore, taking food, measurement of temperature and blood pressure, wheelchair and bed transferring in nursing workers were higher than those before the training, and the difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. After training, the scores of working ability, service attitude and initiative, management of living area, care and communication in nursing workers were higher than those before the training, and the difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted skill training can effectively improve the daily nursing skills and comprehensive ability of nursing workers in retirement organization.
