摘要
目的通过对山东省医养结合型养老机构护士职业态度现状及影响因素进行调查分析,了解职业态度与影响因素的关系,为政府和养老机构管理者制定方针政策提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、护理专业自我概念量表、一般自我效能感量表,对山东省26所医养结合型养老机构的130名护士进行问卷调查。结果山东省医养结合型养老机构护士职业态度总分为(89.54±9.31)分,得分最高的维度是灵活性(3.13±0.38)分,得分最低的维度是管理能力(2.75±0.53)分。一般自我效能感总分为(26.43±4.87)分,职业态度与一般自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.554,P<0.05)。经多元逐步回归结果显示:自我效能感、是否为独生子女、学历、年龄是影响养老机构护士职业态度的主要因素。结论山东省医养结合型养老机构护士职业态度中立偏积极,但仍需提高。建议养老机构管理者进一步优化护理人力资源配置,加强护士职业培训,提高护士的职业技能,但同时也应注重发挥护士的自我效能感,形成更加积极的职业态度。
Objective： Through investigating the nurse professional attitude status in the medical-nursing combined institutions in Shandong province and its influence factors to understand the relationship between the professional attitude and the influence factors,and thus to provide theoretical foundation for the managers of the government and the pension institutions to develop guidelines and policies. Methods： A total of 130 nurses from 26 medical-nursing combined institutions were investigated with General Information Questionnaire,Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument,General Self-Efficacy Scale. Results： The total professional attitude score of nurses from medical-nursing combined institutions in Shandong province was（ 89. 54 ± 9. 31）; while the highest dimension was flexibility（ 3. 13 ± 0. 38） and the lowest dimension was the management ability（ 2. 75 ± 0. 53）. The total score of general self-efficacy was（ 26. 43 ± 4. 87） and the professional attitude positively correlated with the general self-efficacy（ r = 0. 554,P〈0. 05）. Multiple step wise regression results showed that self-efficacy,whether was the only child,educational background,and age were the main factors influencing the nurses＇ professional attitude in medical-nursing combined institutions. Conclusion： The professional attitude of medical-nursing combined institutions＇ nurses is partial positive,but it still needs to be improved. It is suggested that managers in the institutions should not only further optimize the allocation of nursing human resources,strengthen professional training of the nurses,improve nurses＇ professional skills,but also pay attention to exerting nurses＇ self-efficacy and forming more positive professional attitude.
