摘要
为了研究喷嘴结构与流场特性的关系,运用数值模拟方法,建立喷嘴内外流场的物理模型和数学模型,应用Fluent分析软件对喷嘴进行数值仿真模拟,得到喷嘴内外气液两相流分布情况及其压力特性和速度特性。结果表明:螺旋槽水流到达混合室时,几股水流相互混合、碰撞,加剧了水流的雾化;在水流道截面骤减的部分,压力损失严重,压力能大部分转化为水流的动能;水流的轴向速度在出口段呈现出"M"形分布,即在中心区出现空气灌入的现象;水流的切向速度呈现出"N"形分布,并具有明显的"势涡"和"涡核"现象。
In order to study relation between nozzle structure and flow field characteristics, the paper established the physical model and mathematical model of the velocity field inside and outside the nozzle. The numerical simulation was confirmed by Fluent - analysis software and the two - phase flow distribution of gas - liquid and pressure characteristics, speed characteristics of the nozzle were obtained. The results show that when the spiral flow reaches the mixing chamber, the water flow is mixed and collided with each other; the axial velocity of the flow presents a " M" shape distribution in the outlet section and air fills in the central area; the tangential velocity of water flow is in the form of " N" shape, and has obvious potential vorticity and vortex core.
