摘要
基于对综掘工作面尘源特性分析,优选5种高效雾化喷嘴,开展了不同喷嘴的喷雾效能和负压引射效能的试验研究,得到了负压引射喷雾的最佳工况点,据此研制了综掘机截割部负压引射式喷雾降尘装置,并对该装置进行了现场应用。应用结果表明:当喷雾压力为8 MPa时,该负压引射式喷雾降尘装置雾流场可实现对截割尘源和冲击尘源的全方位包络,并使外部含尘气流不断进入装置内部得到净化,相较于掘进机自带外喷雾装置,掘进工作面不同测点处的总粉尘降尘效率由50.29%~54.35%提升至70.94%~73.04%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率由47.28%~51.69%提升至67.57%~70.30%。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of dust sources in the fully mechanized heading face, five kinds of high-efficiency atomizing nozzles were selected, and the experimental research on the spray efficiency and negative pressure injection efficiency of different nozzles were carried out. The best operating point of negative pressure injection spray was obtained. Based on this, a negative pressure injection type spray dust suppression device for the cutting section of the fully mechanized excavator was developed and applied in the field. The application results show that when the spray pressure is 8 MPa, the fog flow field of the negative pressure ejector spray dust suppression device can realize the omni-directional envelope of the cutting dust source and impact dust source, and make the external dusty air flow continuously enter the device for purification. Compared with the external spray device of the roadheader, the total dust reduction efficiency at different measuring points of the heading face is increased from 50.29%-54.35% to 70.94%-73.04%, The dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust increased from 47.28%-51.69% to 67.57%-70.30%.
