摘要
为研究中低压条件下磁化水雾化后的除尘效率,根据水磁化的基本原理,设计了由粉尘输送装置、动力水源系统、磁化装置、细水雾雾化装置和测尘仪等构成的实验平台。通过实验比较了不同工况下磁化水与自来水的除尘效率,得出磁化水除尘效率高于自来水的结论,并得到除尘效率较佳时的供水压力。
Based on the basic principle of water magnetization,an experimental platform composed of the dust conveying device,power water supply system,water magnetizing device,water mist spray system and dust detector was established in order to study the dust removal efficiency of the magnetized water at medium and low pressures after its atomization. Comparison was made on the dust removal efficiency of the magnetized water with that of the tap water through experiments,and it was concluded that the dust removal efficiency of the magnetized water was higher than that of the tap water,and,the water supply pressure for the optimum dust removal efficiency was obtained.
