摘要
以芦岭煤矿Ⅱ927工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场试验等方法,分析了松软煤层工作面的破坏机理及控制措施,提出煤壁片帮的控制原则及控制途径,确定了控制方案和合理的参数,包括工作面支架工作阻力、采高、工作面推进速度及注水量的调整。该研究可为松软厚煤层综放开采的生产实践提供较好的理论指导和宝贵经验。
Taking the II 927 working face in Luling Coal Mine as the engineering background, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field test were carried out to analyze the mechanism of rib spalling and the control technologies. The control principle and control methods for rib spalling were proposed, and the control scheme and reasonable parameters were determined, including the adjustment of supporting working resistance of working face support, mining height, working face advancing speed and water injection amount. The study can provide guidance and references for the production practice in fully mechanized top coal caving face in soft and thick coal seam.
