摘要
为解决杨村矿间歇式开采且工作面推进速度慢而导致采空区遗煤自然发火危险性大的问题,探讨了杨村矿采用注氮方式预防煤自燃的可行性,并采用数值模拟确定了杨村矿采空区注氮参数以及注氮后采空区自燃危险区域。结果表明:未注氮时杨村矿316工作面采空区氧化升温带在进风侧40~110 m范围内,回风侧在10~40 m范围内。采取注氮措施后采空区氧化升温带起始位置向工作面移动,氧化升温带终止位置向采空区浅部方向大幅移动,氧化升温带宽度显著减小,进风侧最大减少80%,回风侧最大减少27%.正常开采期间采空区的最佳注氮量为400 m^3/h,最佳注氮位置为进风侧采空区深度40 m处,注氮后采空区氧化升温带范围为25~73 m,宽度为48 m.在停采期间,采取在上下隅角建密闭墙的方式,在采空区内深度30 m处连续注入400m^3/h的氮气,可将氧化升温带宽度缩小到32 m,有效的抑制了采空区煤自燃。
In order to solve the problem of high risk of spontaneous combustion in the goaf due to intermittent mining and slow advance of coal face in Yangcun Mine. The feasibility of using nitrogen injection method to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal was discussed. Nitrogen injection parameters in the goal of Yangcun Mine and spontaneous combustion danger zone in the goal after nitrogen injection were determined by numerical simulation. The results show that without the measures of nitrogen injection the oxidation temperature zone of goat? in the working face of Yangcun Mine is 40 ~110 m on the inlet side and 10 -40 m on the return side. After the injection of nitrogen, the starting position of the oxidation zone in the goal moves towards the working face, and the end position of the oxidation spontaneous combustion zone moves towards the shallow direction of the goaf by a large margin. The width of oxidation temperature zone reduces substantially ,with 80% reduction on the inlet side and 27% reduction on the return side. During the normal mining period, the optimal nitrogen injection volume is 400 m^3/h, and the optimal injection location is 40 m inside the gob. The temperature range of oxidation zone is 25 - 73 m and the width is 48 m. During the period of stopping mining, the closed wall was built in the upper and lower comer,and 400 m^3/h nitrogen was continuously injected at the depth of 30 m in the mined-out area. The width of the oxidation heating zone was reduced to 32 m which could effectively restrain coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.
