摘要
针对大耕深旋耕复式作业旋耕刀表硬心韧的使用要求,将绿色环保的碳氮共渗工艺引入到旋耕刀制造中。考察了碳氮共渗对旋耕刀用65Mn钢组织、硬度、冲击韧度和摩摖磨损性能的影响。结果表明,碳氮共渗工艺处理能够显著提高65Mn钢的硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性等力学性能,可以满足旋耕刀的使用要求。
A carbonitriding heat treatment process for a novel rotary blade of 65Mn steel in manufacturing process was proposed, aiming at the performance requirements of hard-surface and tenacious core suitable for large tilling depth. The carbonitriding heat treatment process parameters of the rotary blade was developed by the hardness and impact toughness index. The frictional wear behavior of the rotary blade at room temperature was investigated by carbonitriding heat treatment process, and was compared with the conventional technique. The results show that carbonitriding process can significantly improve the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of the rotary blade of 65Mn steel.
