摘要
本文研究了热轧后水冷时间对控轧AY1钢组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,随水冷时间的延长,控冷AY1钢的σ_(?)、σ_b及HB提高,而ψ及δ稍有降低;可细化铁素体和珠光体,增加位错密度。在水冷时间超过3秒后,会出现一定量的贝氏体。最后还探讨了水冷AY1钢的强韧化机制。
In this paper,the effect of the water cooling time after hotrolling on the microstructure and property of AY1 Steel has been studied.The results indicated that with increasing in the water cooling time the σ_(?),σ_b,HB are increased and the ψ and δ are decreased,the ferrite and pearlitearc refined,dislocation density is increased.When the water cooling timeover 3 second,some bainite will be appeared.The strengthening andtougheningmechanism of AY 1 steel with water cooling was also discussed.
