摘要
研究了不同浓度三硝水溶液对淬火65Mn弹簧钢的拉伸、冲击、硬度等力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明:65Mn钢经过不同浓度三硝水溶液淬火并经480℃回火后,其强度、塑性均随淬火介质浓度的增加先提高后下降。随三硝水溶液浓度增加,马氏体板条的宽度增大,含量减少,碳化物沿晶界析出,使得弹簧钢力学性能下降。当三硝水溶液质量浓度为15%时,弹簧钢的力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度达到2 060 MPa,伸长率为9.2%。
The effect of the concentration of tri-nitrate water solution on the mechanical properties and microstructure of quenched 65Mn spring steel was studied. The results show that, after 65Mn steel is quenched in tri-nilrate water solution and then tempered at 480 王小刚, the strength and plasticity of the steel increases at first and then decreases with the increase of solution concentration. With the increase of solution concentration, carbides precipitate along grain boundary, which results in the increase of the width and the decrease of the number of the martensite lath, thus the mechanical properties of the steel decreases. When the solution concentration is 15%, the mechanical properties of the spring steel are the best, the tensile strength is up to 2 060 MPa, and the elongation is about 9.2%.
