摘要
目的了解近10年(2007—2016年)SCI收录热带医学及相关学科领域的论文发表情况、热带医学交叉涉及的学科门类、相关的重要研究机构、项目资助等情况。方法以Web of Science数据中期刊引证报告数据库(JCR)中的学科分类为依据,对热带医学、公共环境职业健康、传染病、寄生虫病学4门学科的期刊在2007—2016年间发表的研究论文进行统计分析。结果从4门学科相关的310本期刊共检索得到480 413篇研究论文,分析表明这些研究与免疫学、微生物、药理学与药学、环境科学等存在较大的交叉。SCI数据库收录的热带医学及相关学科发表的研究论文数量总体呈现增长趋势。美国是发表论文数量最多和高被引论文最多的国家,中国在热带医学及相关学科领域的参与论文占比从2007年2.17%激增到2016年的5.98%,是所有国家中增幅最大的。国际上主要有影响力的研究机构是加州大学系统、哈佛大学、美国疾病预防控制中心等机构,中国排名最靠前的是中国国家疾病预防控制中心、香港大学、复旦大学等机构。资金资助方面,大部分是来自各国国家机构的资助,国外有一部分来自慈善资金和生物制药公司的资助。国家自然科学基金是中国的主要资助来源,占20.58%。结论目前,美国在热带医学相关科研方面的总体实力和创新能力方面都领先于其他国家。随着国家经济实力的增强,中国在热带医学相关领域科研投入不断增加,科研产出也呈现明显的增长趋势,但在自主创新方面亟待加强。从资金资助模式来看,国外的民间慈善机构和生物制药公司在研发上的投入是值得我们学习和借鉴的。
Objective To understand the published articles,important research institutions,project funding on the category of tropical medical and related disciplines indexed in SCI Database for the nearly 10 years（2007-2016）.Methods According to the category classification of Journal Citation Report（JCR）in the Web of Science,and the papers published on the categories of tropical medicine,public environmental occupational health,infectious diseases,and parasitology during 2007 to 2016 were analyzed statistically.ResultsA total of 480 413 research papers（records）were retrieved from 310 journals belong to the four categories.The analysis showed that these studies had a large research area cross with immunology,microbiology,pharmacology and pharmacy,and environmental science;The number of published papers on tropical medicine and related disciplines indexed in SCI Database showed an increasing trend.USA had the largest number of SCI papers published and highly cited papers.The published SCI papers including Chinese authors on the category of tropical medical and related disciplines indexed in SCI Database increased from 2.17%in 2007 to 5.98%in 2016,the largest increase scope in all countries.The main influential research institutions are University of California system,Harvard University,US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other institutions.The top ranking institutions in China are National Center for Disease Control and Prevention,University of Hong Kong,Fudan University.Overall,most of the funding derived from national funding,and some funding projects come from charitable funds and bio-pharmaceutical companies.National Natural Science Foundation of China is the main source of funding in China,accounting for 20.58%.Conclusions At present,the overall strength and innovation capacity in the tropical medical related disciplines of USA are significantly ahead of other countries.With the rapid growth of the national economy,the investment in the field of tropical medicine related research continues to in
