摘要一、概况美国《科学引文索引》是一种科学技术方面的综合性的检索工具。它的英文名称叫做《Science Citation Index;简称SCI,注册商标图案为“SCIR”,是由美国费城的科学情报研究所(Institute of Scientific Information)。
