煤矿安检人员CPC框架表的构建

摘要 提高煤矿安检人员的可靠性可以有效保障煤矿安全,在认知可靠性与失误分析方法中的共同绩效条件的基础上,建立煤矿安检人员CPC框架表。首先,结合个体行为的产生过程,即感知、认知和决策,从环境、个人、组织、任务和技术5个方面分析影响其可靠性的因素。其次,通过对煤矿安检人员的工作职责辨析,提炼出影响煤矿安检人员可靠性的因素,构建煤矿安检人员CPC框架表。最后,依据建立的框架表对某煤矿安全事故中煤矿安检人员的人因可靠性进行定量预测,并将预测结果与原有结果进行对比。结果表明,利用煤矿安检人员CPC框架表得到的结果与实际更相符。 Improving security personnel reliability in coal mines can ensure coal mine safe,a common performance conditions( CPC) framework table for security personnel in coal mines is established based on CPC. Firstly,the factors affect safety inspector's reliability in coal mines are analyzed from five aspects of environment,individual,organization,task and technology combined with process of the individual behavior perception,cognition and decision-making. Secondly,through the analysis of the job responsibilities of coal mine safety personnel,the factors that affect the reliability of coal mine security personnelare extracted,and the CPC framework of coal mine safety personnel is constructed. Finally,security personnel's reliability is quantitative predicted during a certain coal mines safety accident according to the established framework table in coal mines,and the prediction result is compared with the original result. The result shows that the data got by CPC framework table for safety inspector in coal mines is more consistent with actual situation.
