摘要
安全性和可靠性对于核电厂这样的大型复杂系统非常重要。而随着新技术在系统中的应用以及分析人员对失误机制的认识加深,人对系统安全的影响得到了更多的关注。在核电领域,人员可靠性分析(HRA)是概率安全分析(PSA/PRA)模型中的重要部分,经历了从仅研究行为结果,到关注认知模型和情境影响的发展过程。本文介绍了几种典型的和新开发的人员可靠性分析方法,并总结了这些方法的特点。在此基础上探讨了核电领域中人员可靠性分析方法的应用情况,最后对人员可靠性分析方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Safety and reliability are crucial to the large and complex systems such as nuclear pow er plants.With the application of new technology and the development of analysts’view on mechanism of errors,more attention is paid to human influence on system safety.In the domain of nuclear industry,Human Reliability Analysis(HRA)is an important part of Probabilistic Safety Analysis(PSA)model.HRA methods have experienced development from considering only the resulting actions to the emphasis of cognitive model and context.This paper first summaries some typical and new ly developed HRA methods and their characteristics.It then discusses the application of these methods in the nuclear industry and finally makes a prospect on the research trends of HRA methods.
