摘要 针对煤矿安全事故人因因素众多、复杂且呈现出典型的灰色系统特征的问题,将HFACS与灰色系统理论相结合,以从汾西煤矿集团获取的45起煤矿安全事故报告为对象,在利用HFACS对事故调查报告分析的基础上,利用灰色关联研究煤矿安全事故人因之间的相互关联关系。研究表明:煤矿安全事故四个层次的人因失误与人因失误总数之间的灰色关联度呈现出两端弱,中间强的现象;利用传统统计方法获得人因影响关系与利用灰色关联分析获得的结论具有一定的差异性,并指出灰色关联方法更适合于分析煤矿安全事故人因的相互影响关系。 Aiming at the numerous and complex human factors in mining accidents with typical characteristics of grey system, combining HFACS with grey system theory, and taking the 45 coal mine safety accidents reports of Fenxi Coal Mining Group as target, based on the accident report analysis using HFACS, the correlation between human factors in mining accidents was studied. The result shows that, the grey correlation degree between the four levels of human factor and its quantity appears weak at the two ends and strong in the middle, the correlativity of human factors from traditional statistical methods is different from that of grey relativity analysis, and the latter is more suitable to study the human factors influence each other in coal mine accidents.
