摘要
目的观察加强护理干预对于产后会阴完全裂伤产妇实施分层修补术治疗效果的影响。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月本院收治的49例产后会阴裂伤患者为对照组(提供一般修补术后护理),另选择2015年7月至2016年7月收治的49例产后会阴裂伤患者为研究组(加强术后护理干预措施),两组患者均接受分层修补手术干预。比较两组患者治疗有效率,生活质量评分结果,总结护理满意度评价、肛门功能评级。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为79.59%,研究组为93.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者对临床护理服务满意度为75.51%,研究组为95.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者良好生活习惯、健康饮食、心理情绪及家庭融入度等指标评分均低于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者产前肛门评级均为A级;经手术及护理干预后,对照组A、B、C级分别为15例、10例、24例,研究组A、B、C级分别为25例、19例、5例,两组A、B、C级百分比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论加强对产后会阴完全裂伤患者实施分层修补术患者的护理干预,可有效提高临床治疗效果和对临床护理服务满意度,且利于改善患者的生活质量评价和肛门功能。
Objective To study the effect of intensive nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum perineal laceration. Methods49 cases of patients with postpartum perineal laceration were recruited as the control group from our hospital from May 2014 to May2015. These patient received normal nursing service to provide general care. 49 cases from July 2015 to July 2016 were recruited as the treatment group. These patients received intensive nursing care. Two groups of patients received layered repair surgery the intervention. We compared between the two groups the overall efficacy,the patients quality of life score,patients＇ satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group（79.59%）,the effective rate in the treatment group was 93.88%（P〈0. 05）. Satisfaction rate in the control group was 75.51%,which was lower than that in the treatment group（95.92%）（P〈0. 05）. The prenatal and postnatal anal function in both groups was rated as A-level,indicating normal anal function. After surgery and nursing intervention,rating of A,B,and C in the control group was reported 15,10,and 24 patients,respectively. The corresponding figures in the treatment group was 25,19,and 5 patients,respectively. The proportion of rating in different levels was significantly different between groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intensive nursing care for patients with postpartum perineal laceration completely layered repair treatment can effectively improve the clinical effect and patients satisfaction. It can also improve the patient＇s quality of life and anal function.
