摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术后咀嚼口香糖对促进胃肠功能恢复的护理效果。方法选取2018年12月~2019年12月我院收治的101例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=51)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上咀嚼口香糖。比较两组相关时间指标、并发症发生情况、护理总满意度。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、首次闻及肠鸣音时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的术后首次排便时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后咀嚼口香糖可以促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短首次排气时间,减少术后肠麻痹的发生,缩短住院时间,但对术后首次排便时间无明显影响。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of chewing gum on gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section.Methods A total of 101 cases of cesarean section women in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group chewed gum on that basis.The time index,complications and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first exhaust,first hearing and bowel sounds in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of first defecation(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chewing gum after cesarean section can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the first exhaust time,reduce the incidence of postoperative enteroparalysis,and shorten the hospital stay,but it has no significant effect on the first defecation time.
