摘要
会阴侧切是指在会阴后联合中线向左侧457)剪开会阴,以避免产妇会阴严重撕裂,保护盆底肌肉。本文对临床上常用的会阴侧切缝合方法、会阴自然裂伤缝合方法、会阴侧切术后"T"形裂伤的缝合方法进行总结和分析,初步论述了临床中应采取何种缝合方法更有利于创口的愈合。
Lateral perineotomy refers to the surgical incision into the perineum,in order to avoid severe perineum laceration and protect the pelvic diaphragm muscle. The aim of this paper is to summarize the common suture technique after lateral perineotomy,perineal laceration and Tshaped laceration,and to discuss the influence of suture technique on perineal wound healing.
