摘要
超声电机采用柔性转子,可降低自身的能量损耗,增加转子与定子的接触面积,提高电机的输出扭矩及运行效率。通过对由不同结构柔性转子和相同结构定子组成的超声电机进行性能检测,研究柔性转子结构对电机性能的影响,为柔性转子及电机本体的结构设计提供参考。
Ultrasonic' motor with flexible rotor can reduce its own energy loss, increase the contact area between the rotor and the stator and improve the motor output torque and operating efficiency. The influence of flexible rotor structure on the performance of the motor was studied by detecting the performance of ultrasonic motor with flexible rotor in different structure and the stator in same structure, and the findings could provide a reference for the structural design of flexible rotor and motor body.
