摘要
为改善直线超声电机的性能,采用功率流分析的方法,对已有的L1B4卧板式直线超声电机进行优化设计。将L1B4卧板式直线超声电机离散化,建立电机的多自由度模型,并根据诺顿等效系统建立电机振动的等效机械网络,导出传递到电机驱动足所在质量块的功率流表达式;调整多自由度模型中质量块的连接刚度和质量,对导入驱动足所在质量块的功率流进行结构约束条件下的优化;在功率流分析的基础上,对已有电机的结构进行局部改动,重新设计了L1B4卧板式直线超声电机,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS,对两种电机的振动位移进行了对比,最后通过实验证明,新L1B4卧板式直线超声电机的推力有明显提高。
In order to improve the performance of linear ultrasonic motors, the method of power flow analysis was applied, and the existed L1B4 plate-type linear ultrasonic motor was optimized and redesigned. L1B4 plate-type linear ultrasonic motor was made discrete, then multi-degreeof-freedom model of the motor was presented. And the equivalent mechanical network of the vibration of the motor based on Norton equivalent system was established. According to the network, the mathematical expression of power flow that was imported to the mass, which the drive feet located, was calculated. The stiffness and the weight of the masses were adjusted, and the power flow was optimized under the restriction of structure. Based on the optimum design of power flow, the structure of the motor was changed partially, then L1B4 plate-type linear ultrasonic motor was redesigned and the displacements of drive feet were compared with the existed motor by finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finally, the thrust of the new motor was tested by experiment and the result shows that the thrust of the new motor is increased..
