摘要
介绍一种纵振-扭振复合式超声马达,同时给出了相应的等效电路分析方法以及马达工作特性的测量结果。该马达的最大机电转换效率为4.13%.
The ultrasonic motor introduced here has a piezoelectric ceramic transducer as it's stator,which makes use of both longitudinal and torsional vibrating effects of the stator to work. Wepresent in the paper an electro - mechanical circuit method to determine the central workingfrequency of the motor. The measured data given in the last paragraph show that this ultrasonicmotor has a maximum efficiency of 4. 13%.
