摘要
目的分析循证护理应用于胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者护理中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的72例胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组36例。研究组患者给予循证护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组的疼痛评分、护理满意度、疼痛持续时间以及并发症发生率。结果术后第1、2天,两组患者的疼痛评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组患者术后第3、4、5天的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的疼痛持续时间及并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者临床效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with cholecystolithiasis la- paroscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of patients with cholecystolithiasis laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were restrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were given evidence-based nursing and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing. The pain score, nurs- ing satisfaction rate, pain duration and complications incidence were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the pain scores at 1, 2 d after surgery between the two groups （P〉0.05）; the pain scores at 3-5 d after surgery of the study group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The pain duration and the complications incidence in the study group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the patients with cholecystolithiasis laparoscopic surgery is effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
