摘要
目的探讨微创治疗胆囊结石患者的中西医护理干预效果。方法于2018年4月—2019年4月间,选取胆囊结石患者60例,将其依据当前比较常用的随机数字表法分成2组,对照组30例给予传统护理,观察组则实施中西医护理干预,对比2组情绪状态及术后生活质量。结果2组入院时焦虑、抑郁评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),手术前、手术后,均有明显降低,观察组降低幅度更为突出(P<0.05)。观察组日常生活与社会活动状态、心理情绪状态及生活质量总分相比对照组,均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论针对行微创手术治疗的胆囊结石患者,给予中西医护理干预,能调节其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,临床综用价值突出。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with gallstone treated by minimally invasive therapy.Method From April 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with cholecystolithiasis were selected and divided into two groups according to the commonly used random number table.The control group of 30 cases was given traditional nursing care,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention.The emotional state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression before and after operation were significantly lower than those before operation,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total scores of daily life and social activity,psychological and emotional state and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gallbladder stones treated by minimally invasive surgery,the nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can regulate their anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,and have prominent clinical comprehensive value.
