摘要
目的探讨乳果糖口服液联合美常安治疗老年功能性便秘临床疗效。方法将入选的160例老年功能性便秘患者采用数字表法随机分为A组、B组、C组。A组53例，B组54例、c组53例，A组给予乳果糖口服液联合美常安口服，B组给予乳果糖口服液口服，c组给予美常安口服，疗程6周。观察治疗后48h首次排便率，6周后总有效率及不良反应发生率，比较三组间的差异。结果A组服药后48h内排便率为86．79％，B组为59．26％，C组为52．83％。A组48h首次排便率明显高于B组与C组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）、B组与C组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。A组总有效率为92．45％，B组为68．52％，C组为56．60％，A组总有效率明显高于B组与C组（P〈0．01），B组与C组相比差异无统计学意（P〉0．05）。各组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论乳果糖口服液联合美常安治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著且不良反应少。
Objecetive To discuss the clinical efficacy of lactulose oral solution combined with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules for treatment of elderly functional constipation. Methods 160 elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly assigned to group A, group B and group C by digital table method. Group A, group B and group C had 53, 54 and 53 patients respectively. Patients of Group A were given lactulose oral solution combined with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules, patients of Group B were administered lactulose oral solution, and those of Group C were given live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules. Course of treatment was 6 weeks. The first defecation rate in 48 hours after treatment, total effective rate and adverse reaction rate in 6 weeks after treatment were calculated, and the differences among the three groups were compared. Results The defecation rate in 48 hours after treatment was 86.79%, 59.26% and 52.83% in Group A, group B and group C respectively. The defecation rate in 48 hours after treatment in Group A was higher than group B and group C （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ） , the group B and group C was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Total effective rates were 92.45%, 68.52% and 56.60% in Group A, group B and group C respectively. Total effective rate in Group A was higher than group B and group C, the group A was significantly greater than group B and group C （ P〈0.01 ） , the group B and group C was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . The adverse reaction rate among the three groups were not significantly different （P〉0.05） . Conclusion Lactulose oral solution combined with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules for elderly patients with functional constipation has obvious therapeutic effects and less adverse reactions.
