摘要
大型相控阵雷达备件配置方案是当前反导预警装备保障领域急需解决的关键问题之一,为了提高相控阵雷达天线阵面的保障能力,提出了一种视情维修条件下,故障件批量送修、定期补给的备件优化配置策略。以天线阵面T/R(transmit/receive)组件为出发点,当其故障单元达到k/N系统的阈值,而其他单元尚未达到阈值时,雷达停机开始换件维修,建立了以系统的供应可用度为约束条件,备件费用最少为优化目标的配置模型,并利用边际效应算法对各参数进行求解。实例运算结果表明该模型合理可行,能为备件配置提供理论支撑。
The spares optimization scheme of large-scale phased array radar is one of the key issues on the anti-missile early warning equipment.In order to improve the support performance of phased array radar's antennas,a spares optimization scheme on condition-based batch maintenance and periodic review is proposed.With the T/R units as a starting point,when the trouble T/R units exceed the predetermined threshold of k/N system,but the others do not,the maintenance of antennas is initiated.Then a spares optimization model that minimizes the acquisition cost under the restriction of system supply availability is established.Marginal efficiency analysis algorithm is applied to achieve the optimization.Finally,several examples are given to verify that this model is reasonable and feasible,which will provide the theoretical foundation for spares optimization.
