摘要
为解决大型相控阵天线维修成本高及维修时机难以确定、维修优化建模难度大、优化模型仿真计算困难等问题,提出一种基于区域量化的天线阵面维修优化模型。通过分析天线单元失效对天线性能的影响,建立了天线阵面的区域量化模型,将天线阵面的维修问题转化成多个子区域的维修优化问题。在此基础上,以使用可用度为约束条件、以单位时间维修费用最小为优化目标,建立了阵面分布不均匀的大型相控阵天线视情维修优化模型。算例仿真与分析表明,提出的模型真实有效、可行性强,能够很好地解决阵面分布不均匀的相控阵天线维修优化问题。
There exist several problems in the maintenance of the large-scale phased array antenna,one is that the maintenance costs are high and the maintenance chance is hard to confirm,the other is that it is difficult to build the maintenance optimal model,and another is that the simulation and arithmetical operation of the optimal model is complicated.To solve these problems,a maintenance optimal model for the planar antenna is presented on the basis of regional quantification.Firstly,a regional quantification model is given through the analysis of influence between antenna elements and antenna performance,and then the maintenance problems of the phased array antenna are turned into the maintenance optimal of the multi-sub-region.Secondly,a maintenance optimal model for the antenna is built,which chooses minimum maintenance costs per unit time as the object and the operational availability as the subject.Finally,simulations and analysis of one example are conducted to verify the validity of the proposed model.The results show that the proposed model can solve the maintenance problems of the asymmetrical array antenna well.
