摘要
针对表决系统批量换件下备件量的确定问题,提出将多正态单元表决系统等效为Gamma系统,由此利用Gamma系统的可加性分别给出了整体换件和局部换件下表决系统备件量的确定方法.通过实际算例与仿真结果的比较,验证了等效方法的正确性,对系统相关参数的分析结果表明:当系统最少单元工作数量k越大而正态单元标准差σ越小时,采用整体换件所需的维修更换次数越少,从而减少了装备停机次数,减轻了维修活动工作量.
For the determination of the spare demand for voting system under batch replacement,an equivalent method was proposed to convert voting system of normal units to Gamma system,and then the determination method of the spare demand was obtained respectively under the policy of overall replacement and local replacement based on the additive property of Gamma distribution.In actual example,the proposed method was verified by simulation method,and results show that overall replacement will cost less time,which can reduce down times of equipments and ease maintenance work in case of larger values of kand smaller values ofσby the analysis of system parameters.
