摘要
[目的]探索永久性心脏起搏器植入术后病人的生活体验与感受,旨在为术后护理提供依据。[方法]2016年5月—2016年8月采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对通过目的抽样法抽取的15例病人进行半结构式访谈,采用内容分析法进行主题提炼。[结果]受访者的体验包括3个主题:起搏器困扰、起搏器适应、起搏器护理需求;包括8个分主题:焦虑和担忧、躯体功能障碍、社交障碍、性生活障碍、强制性接受起搏器、对起搏器满意、家庭护理需求和延续护理需求。[结论]关注起搏器植入术后病人的心理问题,采用家庭护理和延续护理帮助病人处理与起搏器相关的问题,使病人以正确的方式和态度使用起搏器,从而提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore life experiences of the patients living with the permanent pacemaker,so as to provide the evidences for postoperative care.Methods:In this qualitative study,15 patients were chosen through purposive sampling method from May 2016 to August 2016.They received the semi-structured interviews with phenomenological research methods.And the patients' statements were analyzed by using content analysis method.Results:the experiences of respondents included three main themes:'pacemaker problems','pacemaker adaptation'and'nursing demand of the pacemaker'and 8 sub-themes including:anxiety and worry,body function disorder,social disorder,sexual disorder,be forced to accept the pacemaker,satisfied with the pacemaker,home care needs,continuing nursing needs.Conclusion:Pay attention to the psychological problems of the patients living with pacemaker.Home care and continuing nursing help to solve related problems of pacemaker and make patients take the right way and attitude to use pacemaker,and then to improve their quality of life.
