摘要
物流工程是在管理学学科下一个较新的专业,伴随着物流和信息,顺应社会发展而产生,旨为物流行业培养领域内的设计、开发等高级技术人才和工程管理人才。文章立足于学校与企业对应的供给与需求关系,从物流工程专业背景,研究生培养目标、职业定位和就业情况等现状进行分析,查找存在的问题与不足,建议以供给高水平物流领域专业人才为出发点,以人才培养到社会需求为导向,加强实践教育提高职业能力素养为目标,以科学研究反哺教学为宗旨,以创新培养师资队伍为核心的人才培养路径。
Logistics engineering is a new master of engineering under the subject of management, with logistics and intormation, along with the development of society and produce, for the logistics industry to train senior technical personnel and engineering management personnel in the field of design and development. This paper is based on the relation between supply and demand of school and enterprise, the logistics engineering baekgroud, graduate training objectives, career positioning and employment stares are analyzed, find the existing problems and shortcomings. It is suggested that we should have a talent training path of provide professionals in the field of high-level logostics as a starting point, with the talent cultivation to social demand as guidance, through strengthening practice education to improve professional ability accompishment as target, feeding back teaching with scien- tific research for purposes, innovation training teaching staff as core.
