广告英语是一种实用性非常强的文体,它的语篇衔接机制有其自身的特点。该文着重探讨了系统功能语言学的语篇连贯理论对于解读广告语篇所具有重要意义,分别从语法层次上的所指,连接及省略手段以及词汇层次上的重复手段论述了广告英语语篇衔接上的特点,为广告创作和欣赏提供的有益启示。
Advertisement is a practical style whose unique linking devices deserve our special attention. Based on the cohesion theory,the chief aim of this thesis is to investigate the advertising text in terms of reference,ellipsis and conjunction on the grammatical level and repetition on the lexical level,in order to provide beneficial enlightenment on the creation and appreciation of advertisements.
