摘要
目前军用航空电子企业普遍存在多品种小批量混线生产,定型批产、科研试制和外场返修交叉并行,物料种类多,物流配套方式落后,生产效率低下的困局。为解决这些问题,某企业总体装配车间运用精益思想,从车间整体布局和产线内部布局两个层次,规划设计了功能型和单元型混合的工艺布局,同时引入智能物流系统,实现了缩短生产周期,简化车间物流,最终提升生产效率的目的。探索实践过程中总结出的原则和方法有较强的可复制性,对同类型企业和车间的改造有借鉴意义。
At present, in military avionics manufacture facility, it's common that purchase orders come in small patch but diversified models, the batch production share manufacture resources with trial-manufacture and repair. However, the logistics lag in huge way. To deal with these problems, the company in this case applied lean theory in the final assembly workshop by redesigning the process layout not only in the whole building but also within every assembly line. The methodology summarized here is replicable, therefore can be taken as a reference for similar projects.
