摘要 在分析精益生产组织实施与物流关系基础上,指出物流的关键支撑作用。从应用的角度对精益生产物流系统的功能、目标、结构和作业管理进行研究,用案例描述生产物流系统运作过程。用物流方法诠释精益生产,延伸和拓展研究范围。 On the analysis of the organization to implement the lean production based on relationship with logistics, the paper points out the key of logistics support action. From the point of the application view, it studies the lean production logistics system function, target, structure and operation management, by case study on production logistics system opera- tion process. The paper also interpreters the lean production method, extends and expands the research scope.
