摘要 数字化工厂物流仿真技术可有效降低设计规划到应用实施的不确定性,在工厂生产线规划和持续改善过程中提供合理的物流方案和建议。文章利用过程分析与数学计算相结合的方法对某企业规划建设中的管道成型车间配送模式、运输工具数量、暂存区进行初步规划,然后通过Quest仿真软件进行物流方案的仿真验证,得到一系列参考指标进行分析并优化,找到较优的物流方案。该方法提高了企业规划的准确性,有效地降低了规划成本。 The technology of digital factory logistics simulation can not only effectively reduce the uncertainty from the designanti planning step to the real shop floor implementation, hut also provide reasonable solutions to support continuous im- provement process. This paper starts with a compound method, which is combined with process analysis and mathematical calculation to deal with issues such as the distribution mode, the numbers of vehicles and its utilization, as well as the buffer station planning and so on. Then the simulation soft- ware Quest has been used to find the optimal logistics solu- tions. This simulation study offers effective guides to the fac- tory production planning practice for lowering the total cost reasonably and scientificMly.
