摘要
目的:探究血液检验在风湿病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对2016年1月至2017年1月期间山东省鄄城祥康医院收治的60例风湿病患者与同期在该院进行体检的60例健康人的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将60例风湿病患者设为风湿病组,将60例健康人设为健康组。对两组研究对象均进行血液检验,然后对检验的结果进行比较,总结血液检验在风湿病诊断中的应用价值。结果:与健康组人相比,风湿病组患者的全血粘度高切、全血粘度低切、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、类风湿因子、IgG、IgA及IgM等指标均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风湿病患者与健康人的血液检验结果存在明显的差异,对风湿病患者进行血液检验对诊断其病情具有重要的意义。
Objective To study application value of blood test on diagnosis of rheumatism. Methods： Retrospectively study clinical material of was received by Shandong Zhencheng xiangkang Hospital and 60 healthy people doing physical examination in hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 for research object. Do blood test on 2 groups, and compare test results of 2 groups, summarize application value of blood test in diagnose diagnosis of rheumatism. Results： Compare with healthy group, low and high shear of blood viscosity, blood viscosity, Hct, ESR, RF, IgG,IgA and IgM and other index of rheumatism group are higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： The result of blood test of rheumatism of rheumatism patients and heathy people has great significance in the diagnosis, blood test in diagnosis of rheumatism is important.
