摘要
目的分析并研究血液标本采集质量和检验结果之间的关系,同时分析影响血液质量的因素。方法选取该院2011年1月—2012年1月期间该院收治的521例患者血液检验标本,根据采集血液的部位、时间、送检时间及标本容量等方面进行综合性分析,判断血液标本采集质量和检验结果之间的关系。结果集血液的部位、时间、送检时间及标本容量均对检验结果有一定的影响。结论正确采集运送标本,严格按照采集方法进行采集,控制标本容量,可有效减少检验分析前的误差,提高检验结果的准确度,降低医疗纠纷事故,且对保证血液检验质量具有重要的意义。
