摘要
目的优选乐脉颗粒的半仿生提取工艺。方法以丹参素、芍药苷、丹酚酸B及干浸膏得率数据标准化后加权和为综合指标,采用均匀设计法优选出方药的半仿生提取法工艺条件。结果半仿生提取法工艺条件为,3次煎煮水的pH分别为4.5,7.5,9.0,煎煮时间为2 h,1 h,1 h。结论该方法提取乐脉颗粒工艺条件合理、稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize semi-bionic extraction( SBE) of Lemai Granules. Methods The standardized and weighted sum datas of tanshinol,paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and dry extract were taken as the comprehensive index to optimize the SBE technical conditions of Lemai Granule by uniform design method. Results The SBE extraction condition of Lemai Granules: the p H of 3 boiling water was 4. 5,7. 5,9,and the boiling time was 2 h,1 h,1 h,respectively. Conclusion The optimized SBE extraction conditions for Lemai Granules are reasonable,stable and feasible.
