摘要
目的优选乐脉颗粒的半仿生提取工艺。方法以丹参素、芍药苷、丹酚酸B及干浸膏得率数据标准化后加权和为综合指标,采用均匀设计法优选出方药的半仿生提取法工艺条件。结果半仿生提取法工艺条件为,3次煎煮水的pH分别为4.5,7.5,9.0,煎煮时间为2 h,1 h,1 h。结论该方法提取乐脉颗粒工艺条件合理、稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize semi-bionic extraction（ SBE） of Lemai Granules. Methods The standardized and weighted sum datas of tanshinol,paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and dry extract were taken as the comprehensive index to optimize the SBE technical conditions of Lemai Granule by uniform design method. Results The SBE extraction condition of Lemai Granules： the p H of 3 boiling water was 4. 5,7. 5,9,and the boiling time was 2 h,1 h,1 h,respectively. Conclusion The optimized SBE extraction conditions for Lemai Granules are reasonable,stable and feasible.
