摘要
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对畜产品的需求量也在不断的扩大。因此开发研究天然植物添加剂可以改善饲料品质或者适口性,从而提高动物的采食或对饲料的利用率,获得较高的养殖效益。甜菊苷(Stevioside)和甜菊苷A(又称莱苞迪苷A,Rebaudioside A)是两种新型的天然高倍非营养型甜味剂,作为动物饲料添加剂发展潜力巨大。本研究就甜菊苷和甜菊苷A的性质、提取分离和定性定量分析方法及其在动物生产中的应用进行了综述,旨在探索发掘天然植物提取物,使饲料添加剂的来源更加绿色、高效,最终推动畜牧业更好地发展。
With the improvement of living standard, people's demands for animal product are increasing day by day. Therefore, the development and study of natural plant additives can improve feed quality or palatability, there- by increasing animal feed or feed utilization rate, and obtaining higher breeding benefits. Stevioside and rebaudio- side A are two novel natural normutritive high-intensity sweetener, which have enormous potential as feed addi- tive. This study summarized the property, the methods of separation, qualitative and quantitative analysis method and the application of stevioside and rebaudioside A in animal production, aiming to explore the natural plant ex- tracts, make the sources of feed additives more green and efficient, and ultimately promote the development of ani- mal husbandry.
