摘要
【目的】探讨西红花苷(crocin)对高脂血2型糖尿病模型动物的降血糖和降血脂作用。【方法】高脂饮食4周后,大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)30 mg/kg,建立高脂血2型糖尿病动物模型,随机分为模型组,西红花苷组(低、中、高剂量),拜唐苹组和二甲双胍组。模型组灌胃0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)溶液,西红花苷组(低、中、高剂量)分别灌胃西红花苷50 mg.(kg.d)-1、100 mg.(kg.d)-1、200 mg.(kg.d)-1,拜唐苹组灌胃30 mg.(kg.d)-1,二甲双胍组灌胃100 mg.(kg.d)-1,给药体积均为10 mg.(kg.d)-1,连续给药28 d,观察对血糖、蔗糖糖耐量和血脂的影响。【结果】中、高剂量西红花苷可明显降低血糖、胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白含量,升高蔗糖糖耐量和高密度脂蛋白含量。【结论】西红花苷能降低高脂血2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖与血脂,提高蔗糖糖耐量。
[Objective] To study the effect of Crocin on decreasing hyperglycaemia and hyperlipemia in experimental hyper- hpemia and non-insulin dependent diabetes (NIDD) rats. [Methods] Feeding high fat diet for 4 weeks, 30 mg/kg streptozoteein (STZ) was injected into the vein of the rat tail to establish the model of hyperlipemia and non-insulin dependent diabetes rats. All these rats were randomly devided into model group, Crocin group (low, middie, and high dose), Acarbose group and Flumamine group. Rats in model group were fed by 0.3% carboxymethylcellulase sodium (CMC) (10ml· (kg·d)^-1) . Rats in Creein group (low, middle, and high dose) were fed by Crocin [50 mg· (kg·d)^-1, 100 mg· (kg·d)^-1, 200 mg· (kg·d)^-1] .Rats in Acarbose group were fed by acarbose [30 mg· (kg·d)^ -1 ] . Rats in Flumamine group were fed by flumamine [ 100 mg· (kg·d)^-1] .The therapeutic volumes of all groups were 10 mg·(kg·d)^-1 , once a day for 28 days. Effect of erocin on hyperglycaemia, hyperlipemia and sugar tolerance in experimental hyperlipemia and non- insulin dependent diabetes rats were observed. [Results] Crocin group (middle, and high dose) significandy decreased the contents of fasting serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, increased the sugar tolerance and high density lipoprotein. [ Conclusions] Creein decreases the contents of fasting serum glucose and hyperlipemia , increases the sugar tolerance.
