栀子中西红花苷Ⅰ和西红花苷Ⅱ的高效液相色谱法测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立了HPLC同时测定西红花苷Ⅰ和西红花苷Ⅱ的方法。方法采用C8(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇水冰醋酸(75∶24.5∶0.5),流速为0.6 ml·min-1,检测波长为440 nm。结果在该色谱条件下,西红花苷Ⅰ和西红花苷Ⅱ得到较好的分离,西红花苷Ⅰ浓度在0.312μg·ml-1到10.000μg·ml-1范围内、西红花苷Ⅱ浓度在0.156μg·ml-1到5.000μg·ml-1范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,方法平均回收率为102.13%。结论该方法具有重复性好、准确、快速等优点,适用于西红花苷Ⅰ和西红花苷Ⅱ的同时测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of crocin I and crocin II simultaneously by HPLC. Methods Elite C8 chromatographic column(4.6 mm × 250mm,5txm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol water acetic acid (75: 24.5 : 0.5 ), the detection wavelength was 440nm, and the flow rate was O. 6 ml . min ^- 1. Results Under this condition, crocin I and cro- cin II got better separation, both the contents of crocin I and crocin II and their peak areas were in good linear relationships respec- tively, the average recovery of this method was 102.13 %. Conclusion This method is repeatable, quantitative, accurate, raoid, andeffective for the simultaneous determination of crocin I and crocin II.
