摘要
室温下,西红花经过乙醇浸泡后进行提取,提取物在50℃减压浓缩,浓缩物用乙腈-水溶解后过滤,滤液直接通过制备液相色谱制备分离,得到一个单一组分,通过核磁共振技术鉴定该单一组分为苦藏花素。采用抑菌圈法,以左氧氟沙星为阳性对照,研究了苦藏花素对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性,抑菌作用强度依次为枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,表明苦藏花素具有较好的抑菌作用。
To investigate the active substances from the stigmas of Crocus sativus, the stigmas were extracted with ethanol. The composition was separated and purified by PHPLC, and identified as picrocrocin on the basis of spectral analysis. Then the antimicrobial activity of picrocrocin on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was evaluated by the filtering paper method with levofloxacin as positive control. The sequence of inhibitory intensity was Bacillus subtilis 〉 Staphylococcus aureus 〉 Escherichia coli, indicating the picrocrocin had very good antibacterial activity.
