摘要
主要对稀土金属中间隙杂质的纯化研究进行了综述。稀土金属活性强,极容易被污染,气体分子无处不在,成为最难去除的一类杂质元素。分别介绍了真空蒸馏法、区域熔炼法、电解精炼法、固态电迁移法及活性氢、活性金属除杂法对稀土金属中非金属杂质氧和氮元素的脱除效果。并且相应讨论了每种纯化方法的纯化原理及杂质的迁移机制。
Interstitial impurity purification progress in rare earth metals was summarized. The chemical activities of rare-earth metals are all high,and the metals are easily contaminated. The gas molecules are everywhere,which makes interstitial impurity elements become the most difficult to remove. This article introduced many purification methods to purify O and N,including vacuum distillation,plasma zone melting method,electrolytic refining process,solid state electrotransport,hydrogen method and active metal adsorption. The refining principle and migration mechanism of impurities were also discussed.
