摘要
在水热条件下,以Ce(NO3)3,Tb(NO3)3和Na BF4为前驱体成功合成了Ce F3:Tb发光材料。X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM)以及高分辨投射电镜(HRTEM)表征结果表明:所制备的Ce F3:Tb发光材料结晶良好,具有单分散六方片状形貌,颗粒尺寸分布范围为380~420 nm,平均粒径400 nm。光致发光性能(PL)测试表明:其激发光谱是由峰值位于250 nm左右的激发带组成,属于Ce^3+4f能级到5d激发态不同晶体场劈裂组分的f-d允许跃迁;发射光谱是由Tb^3+的^5D4→^7FJ(J=6,5,4,3)特征发射组成,其中以543 nm的^5D4→^7F5发射为主,表明Ce^3+能够有效敏化Tb^3+。
CeF3: Tb phosphors were successfully prepared using Ce(NO3)3,Tb(NO3)3 and NaBF4 as precursors under hydrothermal condition. X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),transmission electron microscopy( TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy( HRTEM) characterization indicated that the CeF3: Tb phosphors possessed high crystallinity and mono-dispersed hexagonal plates morphology,and its average grain size was about 400 nm arranging from 380 to 420 nm. The photo-luminescence( PL) measurements showed the excitation spectrum of CeF3: Tb phosphors was dominated by a excitation band with a maximum at 250 nm,originating from the transition from 4f state to the crystal-field splitting components of 5d excitation state of Ce^3+,the emission spectrum under the radiation of ultraviolet exhibited the characteristic^5D4→^7FJ( J = 6,5,4,3) emission of Tb^3+,indicating Ce^3+ is an effective activator of Tb^3+.
