摘要
为解决楚烽磷矿原有开采方法矿石回采率低、采空区处理难度大、贫富矿相间分布不利于分类利用等问题,结合楚烽磷矿的地质条件,对采矿方法进行了系统研究,提出了适用于楚烽磷矿安全高效生产的无轨运输、锚杆锚网锚索联合护顶分层开采的切顶房柱法。经过现场应用,结果表明:该采矿方法有效解决了厚大磷矿体开采的技术难题,使磷矿回收率提高到85%以上,盘区生产能力增加到900t/d,并解决了采场顶板支护难的问题,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problems of original mining method in Chufeng Phosphate Mine, such as low recovery rate, great difficult treatment of mined-out area, as well as the alternative distribution of rich and poor ore which put the classification and utilization at disadvantages, the mining method was systematically researched based on the geological conditions. And the room-and-pillar mining with overcut was proposed, which was safe and efficient for the trackless transport and the bolt-anchor- mesh-anchor support combining with roof-protection slicing. The application showed that the mining method not only solved the technological mining problems of thick and large phosphate, increased the recovery rate to 85 % and the production capacity of panel to 900 t/d, but also overcame the difficult support problem of stope roof, with a good popularization value.
