摘要 为克服常用充填材料在我国建筑物下压煤充填开采应用中存在的不足,分析并试验了不同水体积超高水材料的基本性能,包括抗压强度、体积应变、凝结时间、流变性、显微结构及其稳定性。结果表明:超高水材料具有早强快硬、两主料(A或B)单浆流动性好、初凝时间可调等特点,生成的固结体不收缩,体积应变小,在三向受力状态下有良好的不可压缩性,而在干燥的空气中以及高温环境下容易失稳。结合矿井煤层开采后采空区潮湿、低温、封闭的环境可知,超高水材料是一种性能良好的采空区充填材料。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of common packing materials applied in China's filling mining under buildings,the basic properties of superhigh-water material with different water content including the compressive strength,volumetric strain,setting time,rheology,micromorphology and stability were detailedly tested and analyzed.The results show that superhigh-water has such advantages as rapid hardening,good fluidity with single slurry A or B,adjustable setting time etc.The hardened body of this material has a little volumetric strain and a good incompressibility under three-dimensional stress condition.However,it loses its stability easily in dry air or high temperature environment.Due to mine goaf under a wet,cold and closed environment after coal mining,it can be known that this material is a good packing material in goaf,and filling mining with this material under buildings conforms to the concepts of scientized mining,which is one of the developmental directions of future filling mining in mine.
